We are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a long-term consultancy assignment with an established international organization operating in Karlskrona.

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to managers and leadership teams, both locally in Sweden and within an international business unit. You will be responsible for translating business strategies into concrete HR initiatives that strengthen the organization's performance, leadership, competence development, and corporate culture.

You will work broadly across the entire HR spectrum and be a key figure in matters concerning labor law, change management, talent management, organizational development, and employee experience.

• Provide strategic and operational support to managers on HR-related matters

• Drive and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Handle labor law issues and collaborate with trade unions

• Lead MBL (Information and Consultation) negotiations and ensure compliance with Swedish labor law

• Support the organization in change management and organizational development

• Work with workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management

• Drive annual HR processes such as salary reviews, performance management, and employee surveys

• Analyze HR data and provide decision-making support to leadership

• Conduct workshops and training on leadership, team development, and culture

• Work with occupational health and safety, rehabilitation, and employee relations

• Collaborate with international HR functions and specialist teams

• Has several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role

• Has good experience supporting managers and leadership teams at a strategic level

• Possesses excellent knowledge of Swedish labor law, MBL, and collective agreements

• Has experience with union negotiations and collaboration matters

• Is accustomed to driving change and organizational development initiatives

• Has experience with international organizations and global HR processes

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Is analytical, business-oriented, and has a coaching mindset

📍 Location: Karlskrona
🏠 Hybrid: Minimum 3 days per week on-site (more presence is a plus)
⏳ Scope: 100%
📅 Start: Immediately / as agreed
📆 Duration: 6 months with very good prospects for extension or permanent employment
